General Requirements for the Apostles Institute
Registration Opened Until January 31
Registration for the current semester 1 is open until January 31st. This gives potential students the opportunity to enroll in the courses offered by The Apostle's Institute for the upcoming term. It’s important to note that registration closes after this date, so anyone interested in joining the program needs to complete their enrollment before the deadline to ensure they don't miss out on the opportunity to participate. To enroll, simply go to the "enroll" tab and fill out the form.
Receive Offering Every Session/No Tuition
Unlike traditional educational institutions that require tuition fees, The Apostle's Institute operates on a unique model. Instead of paying for courses, students are encouraged to give an offering during each teaching session. This offering is meant to support the ongoing ministry and operations of the institute. This system removes the financial barrier to education, making it accessible to individuals who might not be able to afford traditional tuition while still honoring the value of the teaching and ministry provided.
Have 3 Days to View Teaching After Live Broadcast
Each teaching session at The Apostles Institute is broadcast live, but if you cannot attend the session in real time, you will have 3 days to view the recording. This flexible viewing window ensures that students in different time zones, those with busy schedules, or those with unexpected conflicts can still engage with the content. It allows students to learn at their own pace within a specific timeframe, making it easier to balance coursework with other responsibilities.
Only Miss 5 Lessons Per Semester/Dropped
The institute allows for a maximum of five missed lessons per semester. This policy ensures that students remain engaged and consistent in their learning, as attendance is crucial for maintaining the quality of their education and participation in the program. If a student exceeds the limit of missed lessons, they will be dropped from the course for that semester. This rule encourages commitment and discipline, which are important aspects of the institute’s training model.
500 Words Essay on Each Course
As part of the program requirements, students are asked to write a 500-word essay for each course they complete. These essays serve as an opportunity for students to reflect on the teachings, internalize the material, and demonstrate their understanding of the subject matter. The essays may cover key points from the course, personal insights, or applications of the teachings in real-life ministry contexts. This written assignment helps reinforce learning and encourages students to process the information in a meaningful way.
Two Semesters: January into May, September through December
The Apostles Institute operates on a two-semester academic calendar each year. The first semester runs from January to May, and the second semester runs from September to December. This structure provides students with time to complete coursework and engage with the teachings, while also allowing for breaks between semesters. Students can plan their schedules accordingly and be prepared for the upcoming terms. The semester-based structure aligns with a traditional academic rhythm but offers flexibility for students who may be balancing ministry, work, or other commitments.
Ordination/Commissioning for Those Who Qualify
For students who have demonstrated consistent dedication, growth, and calling in their ministry education, ordination or commissioning may be available as part of the program. Those who meet the qualifications and have completed the necessary coursework and training could receive formal recognition for their ministry calling through ordination or commissioning.
